We stayed here while in KL during our honeymoon and the hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful with directions and ideas of where to go. The room was clean and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again! Parking was only 5 ringgit which was nice.

Great & comfortable stay at Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown - we had a great view of the Menara Merdeka 118 + the hotel is well located for guests to explore the area on foot. Lots to see, visit and dine in the vicinity. Hotel breakfast spread was good.

The room is cleaned. Nice view from our room looking out the Menara 118. Breakfast was super. Lots of variety. I would say we need more hooks to hang towels and clothings in the bathroom. Overall it was a good experience.

Great hotel, in a super location for the old town, with a good breakfast, and clean & spacious rooms. Only down-side is the number of lifts - considering the size of hotel a few more should be considered - it wasn't unusual to wait 10 mins for one to come along...and then hope it wasn't already packed!
