"Bei Ankunft ein vermitteltes Gefühl der lästiger Bittsteller bekommen. Erstes zugewiesenes Zimmer: Toilettenspülung defekt. Seifenspender leer. Zweites zugewiesenes Zimmer: Nicht gelüftet, Bettwäsche zerwühlt, Bad nicht gereinigt. Drittes Zimmer: Verbindungstüren zum Nachbarzimmer nicht aufbereitet. Nachts Schallübertragung (kompressorartiges Brummen von vermutlich defekter Heizungsanlage) vom UG über die Wand. Das Geräusch war lokalisierbar, wurde durch Musik im EG tagsüber überblendet....
