"We had known that there were extra charges added to the bill before staying here but we had not expected just how much. We were charged an extra 250.12 euro at the end of our trip for 4 adults and 2 children. They have tried to charge us this amount twice. We are alerting the visa fraud team about this now. These charges are shocking considering we used our own internet and did not pay for wifi which I understand is very expensive. We were charged over 80 euro to rent bedlinen and towels!!...

You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service.
