Bei Ankunft ein vermitteltes Gefühl der lästiger Bittsteller bekommen. Erstes zugewiesenes Zimmer: Toilettenspülung defekt. Seifenspender leer. Zweites zugewiesenes Zimmer: Nicht gelüftet, Bettwäsche zerwühlt, Bad nicht gereinigt. Drittes Zimmer: Verbindungstüren zum Nachbarzimmer nicht aufbereitet. Nachts Schallübertragung (kompressorartiges Brummen von vermutlich defekter Heizungsanlage) vom UG über die Wand. Das Geräusch war lokalisierbar, wurde durch Musik im EG tagsüber überblendet. Rezeption wollte die Örtlichkeit nicht gezeigt bekommen. Keine Entschädigung, Keine Minderungsangebot, Kein Entgegenkommen Ein routinemäßiges kurzes „Bedauern“ über Unannehmlichkeiten. Schade

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Müggelsee. Sehr ruhig und schöne Umgebung. Allerdings könnte man viel mehr aus dem Gelände machen. Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet und sauber. Leider heizte es sich tagsüber sehr auf und die Klimaanlage war zu schwach zum Runterkühlen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker.

Hotellet ligger naturskønt ved skov og sø. Værelserne trænger til en opdatering, og jeg har aldrig haft en hovedpude i då dårlig tilstand, jeg overvejede længe at fylde den ud med græs.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel in toller Lage. Von innen wurde viel neu renoviert! Tolles reichhaltiges Frühstück in einem super schönen Restaurant mit Seeblick. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Gutes Hotel mit atemberaubender Lage direkt bei Berlin. Die Zimmer sind gut, das Personal zuvorkommend, das Frühstück vollkommen ok.

Super schön gelegen, mit dem ÖPNV ist man aller 20 Minuten nach ca. 50 Minuten in der City. War an 2 Wochenenden im Abstand von 7 Wochen da. Einziger Mangel: In den Duschen lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab.

Det var ett mycket trevligt hotell. Vi hade ett fint rum o badrum mot Muggelsee. Bra frukostbuffé o en mycket trevlig barmiljö. Trots långt avstånd till Berlin city var det bra kommunikationer med S-bahn o buss 169. Vi kommer att återvända igen.

Établissement agréable, la chambre est spacieuse, la literie confortable, les sanitaires en très bon état. Un petit balcon est à disposition. Le petit-déjeuner est varié . Nous pouvons le prendre en terrasse extérieure lorsqu'il fait beau face au lac. Il n'y a malheureusement pas de plage pour un accès direct à la baignade depuis l'hôtel. La présence d'un petit frigo dans la chambre pourrait être un plus. Extrêmement calme, notre séjour a été très agréable.
