"The cottage is very nice and the online information is accurate. The number one attribute of this property is the location, which is right across the Beach Road from the beach itself. The front porch was wonderful, and interior was very comfortable."

There was a large hole in the bottom of one bedroom door, material used to repair another door flaked off when the door was closed, mildew in the shower in the master bath, the cubby hole where the coffee pot was looked like they started to paint and quit halfway thru, paint chipping on all the windows, damaged lamp shade in the living room. I wish I could attach the pictures I took. Very overpriced. The property was clean enough and we all agreed...

The host was responsive (at first) and had us check several things but left it with "trying to get someone out as soon as possible to check on it". That was the last we heard from the host as we spent the rest of the afternoon, and all night, sweltering in an 85 deg house with about 90% humidity. ...

We especially enjoyed the back porch overlooking the golf course—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind. The hot tub was a great bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. Our hosts were accommodating and kept in near-instant communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free."
