CLASSIC 1935 OCEANFRONT BEACH COTTAGE

Lemonade Cottage is a classic 1935 oceanfront beach bungalow that has been lovingly saved and restored to her original beauty with lots of upgraded amenities. You MUST see to appreciate. The beach and ocean are literally in your back yard . . . just walk down the porch steps and you're there. You don't get any closer than this!!
Lemonade cottage features an open living area with high vaulted ceiling, true tongue-and-groove paneling, rustic hardwood floors, lots of natural light, and panoramic ocean views from covered and uncovered porches and decks. The living room features comfy seating, a large flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Adjoining the living area is the dining room with an antique dining table, church pew seating, and wall-to-wall windows overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the dolphins play in the surf and the sun rise on the Atlantic . . . you'll never want to get out of your PJ's.
The well equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, fridge with water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave . . . and just about everything you need to prepare your "fresh catch" and entertain. Extending the inside living area to the outside is a huge wrap-around covered porch for when you're in need of some shade . . . as well as an oceanfront sundeck when you want to catch some rays. Enjoy evening cocktails sitting in the Adirondacks or the high-top table and chairs overlooking the ocean. Ahhhh!

Lemonade cottage offers three bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably (4 adults, 2 kids) with two oceanfront queen bedrooms plus bunk room (2 twin beds). Don't let the one bathroom concern you as you'll want to take all your showers outdoors in the private, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. The cottage also features a large laundry room with washer, dryer, extra storage area and has central air conditioning.

Lemonade is situated in Kitty Hawk within a short drive to many local restaurants, shopping and attractions and is walking distance to Ocean Boulevard Bistro & Martini Bar and Art's Place (a true "diner & dive" known for the best burger on the beach!). Enjoy spectacular shelling, surf fishing, sun bathing, surfing, swimming, kayaking, biking . . . and so much more. Your family will remember the memories you make at Lemonade for generations to come!

* Please note you must be 27 years old to rent this cottage.

* Cottage accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children.

* Linens are not included. Therefore, you will need to bring sheets and pillow cases (2 queen, and 2 single beds). All of the beds have quilts and pillows. You will also need to bring bath, hand, wash, dish and beach towels. HOWEVER, if you do not wish to bring your own there are several companies that rent linens and will deliver and pick them up directly to and from the cottage.

* Up to 2 pets are considered. Must be fully house trained. No puppies under a year. Please provide breed, sex and age when requesting to book.
