"The host instructions were clear and very helpful. The house is perfect, within walking distance of Duck proper. the house is 100 yards from the beach and the walkway to the beach is right across the street. The house is very well furnished. Can't get much better."

"This is an amazing apartment!! We decided to travel last minute and everything from the booking process to communication with the owner was easy. While we did not use all the Barrier Island amenities because it’s off season (and we own another home nearby), I can tell you they are convenient and great for families. We adore the sound side view and the sunsets were incredible. If you are looking for an alternative to renting a whole house, this is your best option! A note if you have any mobility issues, the stairs to get to the second floor are steep and there are two flights. Otherwise it’s super spacious (can easily accommodate a family or 2-3 adult couples) clean, private and comfortable! We will definitely book again when we need extra space for a family vacation!"

"The condo unit was the perfect size for two adults. It was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The view from the deck was nice. The view from the front window not as good as it might have been now that new construction currently in process is partially blocking the ocean view. The weather wasn’t particularly cooperative for our stay, but that’s not the owners’ fault. Lauri was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to a small issue we encountered. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and accommodations."

"Duck is our favorite town in OBX and this house in Four Seasons was absolutely perfect for our family of 12 adults and 3 young kids. Walking distance to the town and boardwalk and walking distance to the beach! House is gorgeous and well appointed with all you need. Great for a large group!"
