"great location"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. The condo was clean and had a lot of room for our family of 3. The condo could use a little updating. We had an issue with both of the sliding screen doors to the balconies. They just sit on the track without rollers so they're hard to open and close. Also the bathtub in the master bathroom is really hard to get in and out of. But those were very minor inconveniences to our overall stay, just annoying. Otherwise we had an amazing time here...

"Our plans for this trip included taking in various sites Corolla to Cape Hatteras. This was a great central location near the pier, numerous places to eat (two of our favorites were Grits Grill for breakfast and Black Pelican for lunch and supper), and just steps to the beach! The outside of the building does look a little rough in spots, such as the stairs. There is a basketball area and a few common areas with lounge chairs. The inside of the condo is very nice. "Stayed one week. Found location to be perfectly centralized. Right on ocean, perfect view. Jennette’s Pier short walk down beach. Very enjoyable stay."

"Housekeeping apparently not great. There were pillow cases missing from one bedroom and one bed did not have a bottom sheet just mattress pad, but made up as if ready. Bathrooms were not swept and shower had hair in it. Trash was not removed from previous tenant. But, overall we enjoyed our stay and found that the property itself was well represented. It was exactly as described."

"Great location and pretty good views of the ocean (although I expected that we would be closer). Easy access to the beach. Faucets in primary bath are very tight to turn on and off and may soon not work. The primary bath exhaust fan needs to be replaced. Could use more silverware. Disappointed that the dishwasher had not been run when we arrived, but otherwise the condo was clean and well-equipped. Requested a replacement sheet and it was delivered promptly. Very comfortable accommodations...

"This was our first time in Nags Head and this condo was perfect. The unit was very clean and in a great location. Being right on the beach was perfect. We are hoping to go back again soon."

"Overall condo was very nice. A few things needed improved. The patio door to the porch from living room needs attention. A chair was broke on patio. The main bathroom needs a grab bar with the deep tub and the shower curtain had mold. At no fault of the owner the elevator was not working when we arrived. Hard for oldsters to drag suitcases up stairs. Thought maintenance person would help but we never saw him."

"My family has vacationed at Nags Head for nearly 70 years. We always stayed at the iconic Jeannette’s Cottages in the early years. This time, I brought my 88 year old mom and met up with cousins that were in OBX also that we hadn’t seen in years. We made a lot of great memories. The condo was perfect for our needs."

"Great place to stay, comfortable seating which we enjoyed and enough room. Good location for families and quiet this time of year. Used the equipment provision for chairs and beach game which was very nice and there on arrival. We did know about late check in and early checkout but that was inconvenient and felt rent was high enough this time of year not to require additional charge for early arrival and later departure, but we were aware of it beforehand. Linens, towels and paper goods were not...

"View was the best - ocean front with waves crashing all day. Sunrises are out of this world. We could have not asked for better view and condo. Caretakers were amazing... gave us good advice on things to do. Communications with the owner were also impressive. If you are in Outer Banks - this is the place to stay."

"This place was stunning! The kitchen, living room and primary bedroom was perfection! The bathroom in the primary bedroom is updated and gorgeous! The balcony was my favorite part! Waking up to daily sunrises and being able to view a huge part of the shore and down was so lovely to read a book and drink coffee too. Would definitely come back again!"

"We had a great time at this location even though the weather was cold and windy. The condo was overall clean and tidy, but some of the pillows and mattress pads are soiled and need replaced. We would stay here again."

"Nice apartment, plenty of room for our stay. Host was personable and made us feel welcome. Location in quiet neighborhood helped make this a relaxing vacation. Apartment furnished with some extras such as a dehumidifier and water dispenser. Please do watch out for the small step up into the bathroom."
