"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary April of 2024. The house is very cute and well decorated. It is small but we are only two and it was plenty for us. You can’t beat the location of this property. Great coffee shop, ice cream parlor, a food lion and the beach all within 1-2 block radius. Plus, you are centered in the OBX so you can easily go north or south. The host was very communicative and easy to reach if we had any concerns. Would stay here again."

"From the initial booking, this was one of my favorite rentals through VRBO. The house is perfect for a large group. I’ve never had a house that included more than enough of everything - from dishes, to cookware, to linens. Everything we needed was there for us, making it easy to start enjoying vacation right away. "Clayton's home was everything we had hoped for and more! We came to Nags Head for a surf competition and were a very short drive to the pier which was so convenient! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the home was stocked with everything you would need. We really enjoyed the fireplace and hot-tub to warm up after a long cold day in the water. Clayton was responsive and helpful and made checking in and out a breeze! We can't wait to come back soon!"

"Perfect location 3 houses from the beach and 10 min to our favorite fishing location. We were there to fish and relax. The neighborhood is quiet and has nice side walks. Close to everything but out of the hustle and bustle. House has everything you need except washer dryer and I think a gas grill would be a good addition. We would rent again."

"We came to stay for April vacation! It was my 8 year old son, myself and my boyfriend. The property was beautiful! We grilled on the porch and walked to the beach everyday! We loved the mini golf near by and the beach the best. I highly recommend staying at the property and we would love to come back!"

"Nice, clean house. Some of the light switches are in weird spots and hard to find like the one that is basically behind the fridge. DVD player in listing but we didn’t see one. Loved the outdoor shower and screened in porch. Close, easy walk to beach. TV could be updated, had a few technical issues with it. Check in was easy. House equipped with lots of kitchen and beach accessories which was great. Beds comfortable. Would stay again!"

"Upon arriving, we found the driveway and outdoor shower area muddy and dirty. The house was clean, attractive, and even though pet friendly, smelled great and no dog hair. Kitchen was well equipped. The elevator didn’t work, but we were told in advance. We didn’t have TV service-no movie channels nor on demand the last 2 days. Tried calling but no service. The TV in the basement didn’t work. "Nice apartment, plenty of room for our stay. Host was personable and made us feel welcome. Location in quiet neighborhood helped make this a relaxing vacation. Apartment furnished with some extras such as a dehumidifier and water dispenser. Please do watch out for the small step up into the bathroom."
