"This hotel definitely provides a nice layout for traveling families or just people needing a bit more space. The pool looked nice but we did not use it, so I can’t speak what shape it is actually in. The villas (at least the one we stayed in) was very dirty: there was quite a lot of urine on the toilet seat, and our feet were filthy from walking in the unit barefoot. The dryer barely worked and things simply needed a true scrub down- not the basic “once over” housekeeping seemingly does."

"They don’t tell you about a daily resort fee so they surprise charge you after your stay. The wifi says complimentary but it’s not. The stay over all was good, just not happy with the surprise extra fees. "
