"The hotel staff are really professional, helpful and friendly. From the concierge team: Perm, Potae & Tae, to the F&B team, lead by Executive Chef Tor, they were always engaging and attentive. The breakfast spread was always presentable and appetizing. The location of the hotel: a 10-min walk in either direction on Sukhumvit Road takes you to the BTS or Metro. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The pool was underwhelmed. Plenty of affordable massage choices. Not many F&B choices around the area. The first impression of the lobby is good. The hotel is well-lit and the deco is not pretentious. Overall I will stay at the Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 again because of the staff, room and breakfast. "

"The hotel is gorgeous! Very spacious room we got, the breakfast was the best we had in our 2 week trip. So much variety. It was my son’s favorite hotel when in Bangkok. Great features, an ATM inside, a convenience store, laundry machines! And people very polite and kind. "
