"This hotel is located in a great area of the city (Sukhumvit) which is vibrant, many shopping malls around walking distance, restaurants and very walkable. It has spacious rooms, if you are traveling with kids it's an excellent choice because it has a fun outdoor pool area for them. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily by house keeping staff. The only comment is that it is a bit far from touristic destinations such as Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Wat Pho, the river, Icon Siam. You will need to catch a Grab to get there and traffic can be an issue. However, metro station is pretty near if you want to go around in public transportation. Thanks to all the staff for a pleasant stay. They were welcoming and courteous during all our stay! "

"Not bad for the price"

"I stayed there for over a week and really liked it. To be honest, it wasn't my first choice, but I booked it last minute because of its proximity to a facility I was visiting. Despite my initial hesitation, the hotel exceeded my expectations. First of all, it's much more affordable than other hotels in the area. I stayed in the new tower, which was clean and well maintained. Room service was excellent, and I was especially impressed by how accommodating and friendly the staff were. Every encounter was met with a genuine smile and a willingness to help. While there aren't many in-house dining options, the area is surrounded by restaurants, so I didn't really miss it. The location is also convenient, close to a subway station with easy access to taxis and rideshares. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable but good-quality option."

"The location can't be beat. The hotel is attached to Terminal 21 Mall and the BTS. The room was spacious, clean and convenient because it had a washer/dryer combo in the room as well as a full sized fridge and small kitchen. The room itself is dated and there is a slight odor but I got used to it. The buffet breakfast was really good. They had 2 restaurants but one was always busy. The Park restaurant was quieter but they both had the exact same food offered. "
