"The staff were wonderful at the restaurants and kids club. We travelled as a family with 3 kids and one parent working, so it was a welcome relief to have the staff so friendly and welcoming to kids. More than that, the staff were helpful on our trips down to the beach or with any questions we had about logistics. Our stay was quiet, in May. Sitting by the pool watching the storms was a highlight. "

Earn did a fantastic job with our check in and my kids loved this hotel facilities. We will definitely come again. Love the white sand beach and the laguna shopping area. "

"This is a solid hotel with friendly staff. However it was quite difficult to make a reservation for an airport shuttle and a more enhanced safeguarding protocols for the kids club would make this an excellent stay (buzzer to contact parents, listing allergies during kids club registration etc). The rooms were a little tired but for the price it was fine. There were some room renovations so upgrading is ongoing. The ‘kids eat free’ makes this a very affordable stay and the quality of food...

"Establishment is the perfect mix of hostel life and people who want their own private rooms, although the private rooms are very small. Pool is wonderful (and open until 10!), and the bar and food are great! Location, location, location. Very close to the beach and Bangla Rd. People from all over stay here. To watch the pool area, you feel like you are watching Club MTV, that American TV show from the 80s where it is always Spring Break. Yet the music is never too loud and the room is pretty...

"Quiet secluded resort on northern end of Phi Phi Don. Boat ride away from nice beaches and snorkeling. Cute, comfortable, private bungalows for rooms. Low tides are extreme, so swimming is limited to high tide. Note that none of the resort restaurants have AC - they are all open-air, so if there is a heat wave, it can be uncomfortable to eat outside, but they do offer room service to your bungalow, which has an AC unit."

"We were a family of four with 2 ocean rooms next to each other and had a great stay here. The rooms were large with a huge bed which could be split to make twin beds. A little on the hard side but they put a thin quilt on top to make it softer from the second day. I would say the rooms were dated somewhat and are in need of a refurb but to be honest everything is in the right place and with so much space and the view you forget about the old furniture and bathroom.
