"Stayed in a rooms with shower over bath as requested. Unfortunately the rooms faced over the hotel cooling towers. While the noise was not objectionable it was noticable. "

Very comfortable rooms - spacious, air conditioning worked a treat to bring the room temp down quickly, great blackout curtains that kept the room dark for a good sleep, well insulated, and a wonderful bathroom with great water pressure. Had bought some stuff on the internet to be delivered to the hotel. No problems with picking up items. I had some difficulty finding one of the items. The concierge Khun soraath was super helpful, checking online on the item, and then with the bellhop team on level 1 once he knew the item had arrived, and even delivered the item to my room personally. Thus is my third stay here, and I plan to come back my next trip to Bangkok, "

"Can't think of a single thing that's bad about this property and their staff. You're quite literally in the heart of Bangkok, so expect it to be busy. This means getting a Grab is difficult (wait times at least 15 minutes), Tuktuk pricess are gonna be inflated (I get it) BUT there's lots to explore on foot and the amenities in the hotel is more than enough. The rooms were tidy and spacious, Rooftop bar and restaurants were top notch AND the hotel staff is some of the most accommodating people. Highly recommend if you're gonna be in the Siam Square area."
