I loved this place!! Room and washroom were nicely designed and very spacious. They even had a cute boutique set up in the front lobby/main floor. Really cool pieces. Staff were very nice too. I’d definitely stay here again!! Worth every cent!

Nice hotel, needs a bit of love tho

Hotel is visually really cool and the spa is nice. Our room looked great/ like the photos but on closer inspection was showing wear. The sofa was stained, coffee machine didn’t work, and mould in the bathroom. On occasion it would smell a bit like sulphur. We didn’t bother to report any of it, as it was all minor and the hotel was very well priced.

We loved our stay here. The staff were welcoming and efficient with everything we asked of them. The room was so spacious and comfortable, it made us forget the journey in a second! To find such an oasis in the busy metropolis of Bangkok was surprising but much appreciated

Stylish, beautiful comfortable accommodation, pillow n mattress like at home, sleep well. friendly staff, helpful and cheerful. Convenient location for me, 10 mins walk to nearby MTR, 20mins walk to BTS, 5 mins walk to local food stall, big C & Lotus, 7-11. Quiet with good shower. Can sleep well.

Excellent vibes & comfort

Gorgeous, comfortable hotel with good vibes throughout. The room we stayed in was spacious, meticulously clean, and had an excellent view. The balcony was big and had comfortable seating. The bed was super comfortable and the A/C worked perfectly, the towels and toiletries provided were super nice. The room has a coffee machine but no kettle which was a bit tricky. Check-in was easy and reception and housekeeping staff worked together to allow us to check in a few hours early. The ice cream was delicious! The restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food was very tasty. I'd say eat there once and then go round the area - plenty of tasty cheap food around! The nearest station is about a ten minute walk, it's not a touristy area but we felt safe (as two women) and were able to buy things in the area. The pool and gym are indeed in another hotel very nearby, but getting in and using the facilities was easy. Very queer friendly hotel if that's important to you. Overall all really good!

What an incredible gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit road/Bangkok. Room- modern, spacious w/ a very cozy bed- Bathroom - eco touches and strong water pressure Amenities- custom blended teas, free ice cream at check-in , free churros every night at the rooftop bar and free welcome drink (non alcoholic and bartenders choice) Staff- Outstanding service all day/all night. I’ve been in luxury hospitality for 15 years and they made me feel seen. Thank you. Hotel- if you love art, stay here, you will be surrounded by it. Location- 34 baht Grab bike to Sukhumvit or they have daily shuttle service to the MRT. I appreciated not being on a Sukhumvit but close enough to get there quickly if need be. There is an amazing Vietnamese restaurant next to the hotel and plenty of food choices all around. It was such a joy to be a guest here. I felt like they really seek to make their guests feel comfortable and the level of detail was exceptional. Hip, fun, thoughtful, very comfortable. A special place. 💙

Poor service in response to noise complaint

As soon as I got back to my room around midnight and heard loud music being played in the neighbouring suite room, I informed a front desk staffer who arrived ten minutes later. Despite knocking on the door of the offending room, there was no response. When I asked to be changed to another room so that I can rest, she said "the rooms are all booked out and I would figure something out". I trusted she would take care of the issue and proceeded to take a shower, only to find the music still audible when I finished 20 minutes later. I had to call front desk again, and she said the offending room did not pick up the phone and would now consult the manager. Surprisingly, it was only after my shower when I called again that she offered to call the manager. I felt she was hoping I would tolerate the loud music and drop the complaint. Eventually at close to 1am, 45 minutes after I had raised the issue, she proposed upgrading my room for the night due to the unavailability of same-class rooms. She told me I had to return the keys by 1 pm the next day. I was surprised by the lack of a customer service mindset when they said I had to return the keys myself. When I spoke with the same front desk staffer about possible misplacing the key the next day she threaten to charge me 500bhat for it. Overall, service was brought down by the delayed response, lack of immediate resolution, and the need for repeated follow-up hoping their customers to drop the complaint themselves.
Each room comes with a speaker. The suite rooms are treated as party rooms by guests.
I was in room 302 and the offending room was the suite next door 303, in which was the guests were having a party with multiple occupants.

見て楽しめるホテル。ウェルカムアイス（ジェラート）が美味しかった。選べる朝食もボリュームがあってドリンクも2つも選べて大満足。朝食はつけるべき！部屋にはスーツケースを広げられるスペースが十分にある。アメニティはない。部屋の窓からは向かいのローカルな家から丸見えで驚いた。プールは別の建物にあり不便を感じた。スタッフはみんな優しくて良かった。

World class service, helpful staff, fun vibe

Lovely staff, great location, cool vibe, fun lobby, very helpful, always willing to accomodate, and will be staying again for sure! Definitely a wonderful place to stay in Bangkok. Only thing I wasnt a fan of was the desk chairs in the rooms, not comfy at all, but probably for the best, it gets you out of the room and go explore the city!

Fun and playful property & AMAZING staff

The Fig Lobby was an amazing surprise, full of art, spunk and personality. The front desk staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and great communicators. The rooms are clean and sustainability is well integrated - much more than other properties I’ve stayed at. The rooftop bar is spacious and well maintained. We didn’t know until checkout, but you can use a sister property’s pool nearby which is a really nice perk. We’d definitely stay again next time in Bangkok!
