"The rooms are well cleaned..We were given 2 bottles of water each day. Slippers, bathrobes, coffee, tea. O love that there was a weighing scale in the room. The staff was super courteous and friendly. The breakfast was superb with lots of hot and cold meal choices. As a suggestion, please make a business center where guests can use a computer and print their boarding passes and other travel documents."

"The room, location, staff, everything was perfect. I don’t have a single complaint. I stayed with my best friend for 2 nights before travelling back home and I only wish we had longer. As 2 females travelling together, we felt safe in the hotel and around the hotel too. All of the staff were always so friendly and approachable and genuinely lovely to see and speak to. The room service was so good too - recommend the gai yang and som tam for sure. It was super busy when we went (just before Lunar New Year) but you couldn’t feel it from the team or the ambience of the hotel. The vibe was nice and calm always. Thank you so much to the whole team at the Conrad. "

"The room was clean and spacious. If you are traveling with a family I suggest you use the corner Wing as the main Wing is much louder and more for singles. I traveled with my four $ eight year old sons. They had a blast in the rooftop pool and the location was convenient for getting to the MRT station. The staff was very friendly and everyone was very kind. I highly recommend staying here."
