The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it was attached to the BTS and within a 2 minute walk to the MRT. "Enjoyed Once Again, the security of the area, the location of the Hotel and the Monsoon Restaurant, off the Lobby. So convenient to everything necessary but not a hassle if visiting a Shopping Mall is on the agenda. Night life and the crowd is conveniently a Tuk Tuk ride away. "This hotel is located in a great area of the city (Sukhumvit) which is vibrant, many shopping malls around walking distance, restaurants and very walkable. It has spacious rooms, if you are traveling with kids it's an excellent choice because it has a fun outdoor pool area for them. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily by house keeping staff.
The only comment is that it is a bit far from touristic destinations such as Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Wat Pho, the river, Icon Siam. You will need to catch a Grab to get there and traffic can be an issue. However, metro station is pretty near if you want to go around in public transportation.
