"Room was spacious, spotless with a great view of the city. There was a personalized welcome message on the TV when I entered. Luggage was delivered to my door. Every staff member in the hotel went above and beyond to make me feel at home during my stay, especially those working at the pool and fitness centre. 10/10 would recommend"

"The rooms are well cleaned..We were given 2 bottles of water each day. Slippers, bathrobes, coffee, tea. O love that there was a weighing scale in the room. The staff was super courteous and friendly. The breakfast was superb with lots of hot and cold meal choices. As a suggestion, please make a business center where guests can use a computer and print their boarding passes and other travel documents."

"The room, location, staff, everything was perfect. I don’t have a single complaint. I stayed with my best friend for 2 nights before travelling back home and I only wish we had longer. As 2 females travelling together, we felt safe in the hotel and around the hotel too. All of the staff were always so friendly and approachable and genuinely lovely to see and speak to. The room service was so good too - recommend the gai yang and som tam for sure. It was super busy when we went (just before Lunar New Year) but you couldn’t feel it from the team or the ambience of the hotel. The vibe was nice and calm always.
