The front desk, especially Tiffany, were all helpful and addressed concerns including getting a quiet room, late arrival and checkout. The location is new -- 2 years old and very convenient for travel and close to seafood restaurants, stores and the airport."

"The room is ok, a bit run down and the toilet handle makes a scary noise. The staff was just great and they were slammed with airport customers and did their best with that. The shuttle was broken too which cost us $20 extra. Also, a microwave would be nice. "

There were stains on the bottom bed frame, garbages had no garbage bags, bathrooms are small and could use some updating. I was able to see dirt in the corners of the bathroom.
