"Tired facilities in need of restoration investment. Drive up area to lobby has a collapsed roof - no longer in use but no repair work in sight. Beach side villas very nice and ours was well maintained. Staff are very nice and helpful but not enough are trained for 5 star service - e.g poolside staff don’t bother walking around to take orders, despite that being their job, you have to go to the bar to order. Good location and Karon is pretty
