"Great place away from the city! Stunning view at the break of dawn and sunset. Staffs were very friendly, they gave us drinks while we were checking in and always asking us if we're good. Breakfasts were also generous. The room we were in was amazing, outdoor Jacuzzi worked well, though there could be more lighting in the rom and wifi was unable to reach us in that room.
Only downside I can think of is that the place is so high up, grab is the safest and cheapest transportation to go about as...
"Our first solo trip was in Phuket and staying at Aochalong villa was amazing. They had exceptional service and hospitality and the location is perfect for those looking to vacation away from super busy cities like Patong. I decided to upgrade rooms for a great price and it was totally worth it if you're looking for a comfier stay. "We loved everything about this property, from the amenties to the food. It is a huge complex with three pools, and 5 restaurants to choose from. The staff are friendly and the facility is beautiful. The beach is nice, but the time we went it was rough so we did not swim in it. Instead, we got to explore the reef during low tide and see the fish and other marine life. There is a free shuttle to Patong which makes it very convienent. We can't wait to go back again one day!"
"The room was spacious, there was a single and a queen size bed ( the big bed had a bit of a dip in it where most people would recline to watch tv (me too), so for sleeping I moved to the middle of the bed - that was my only quibble sitting the week I was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who made up my room (even though I'm not a tipper I did this time).
Charm Resort is a great location- over the road from the beach and a short walk to shops and eating places.

"Definitely include the breakfast if you're going to stay here. The pool is excellent and the staff are very helpful. Its also convenient to have a coffee shop in the hotel. There are lots of bars and restaurants withing walking distance and the beach is also a 5 minute walk. "
"Had an amazing stay at this resort. The rooms were really spacious and so comfortable to sleep in. The pools were never full so it was super easy to get a sun lounger and the free towels to use were so handy. The staff at the pool bars were so helpful especially at the Pomelo pool which was also over 12s only therefore relaxed and quiet. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and the shuttle bus service around the resort was a great service. I would definitely recommend a stay at this resort if you are heading to the Karon beach area."
