Hotel is really nice. Pool table and table football for teens. Nice pool and beds. Staff are fantastic. Everyone really helpful and accommodating. Thereโ€™s some noise from Kata works but outside hotels control. There was a town power cut while we were there but the hotel had a decent back up generator. We all enjoyed our stay. ๐Ÿ˜

Room was spacious and clean, ac worked very well and wasnt too hot even with it off. Staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful and good with kids. The pools were not crowded and enjoyable spaces to relax and play. The breakfast is outstanding. Overall we had a great 2nd stay here and will come back again. Its close to shops restaurants and the beach and the shuttle service makes it convenient to get down the hill.

Not on the beach as expected, the beach was a ahort shuttle ride or a 7 minute walk (with a steep hill thatโ€™ll warm up your calves real quick!). Property was great and lots of kids activities ( some free, some you had to pay for) My 5 year old loved it!

My partner and I stayed here for 10 nights and had the best time - we would love to come back! The room was very spacious and the bed was huge and comfy, they also had a mini fridge with 3 complimentary bottles of water a day, kettle and things for coffee and tea. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to provide a 5 star experience, especially in the restaurant and bar. I donโ€™t know. The pool area is gorgeous with enough loungers and the hotel is conveniently located to shops, bars and the beach. It is also very well maintained and cleaned :)

Experienced traveler here. The hotel is 6 min walk to the beach, there is also a shuttle for people with mobility issues. The hotel was fantastic, and overall, we had a very good experience. The only major downside was the hill you have to walk up to get to the market. It was extremely steep, almost like a 90-degree incline, which can be very difficult, especially for families and elderly guests. The hotel should consider providing some kind of transport facility, such as a tuk-tuk or another convenient option, to take guests to the market. If they provided this service, it would make the hotel experience almost perfect. Regarding the restaurant, I think there should be more variety in the food. We stayed for 11 nights, and towards the end of our stay, we were honestly getting fed up with having the same food repeatedly. Changing the menu at least once a week or offering more variety would make a big difference. One more thing to mention bar timings should be increased in the night. It was only till 11 and starts at 12 in noon Overall, though, it was a fantastic hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.

An amazing hotel in a fantastic location in Kata. Welcoming, hardworking and helpful staff. The hotel caters for Families with a fabulous kids club, it also caters for couples, friends and business travellers. The hotel is so pretty and very aesthetically pleasing. It was a lovely breakfast buffet. The staff make the hotel even more likeable. Our room was large and very clean and the pool view balcony was of a high standard. The hotel grounds have carp, and lovely restaurants and amenities. 5 stars cannot fault this hotel and we stayed for 3 weeks. Well done Novotel ๐Ÿ‘

NOVOTEL Kata is a lovely place. Pools, restaurant, kids clubs, etc. BUT, dont expect a five star vibe, it s slightly run down, lobby full of mozzies the staff tries it best but doesnt cut it. NOT once my request has been processed without chasing (porter, order, more water in room, turndown service...) . It s a good place if you are travelling with kids (avoid it if you dont have kids!)

Hotel was good, hill up to it would be difficult for older or unfit people .....overall hotel was very enjoyable with very good staff

It is an amazing hotel for kind, staffing excellent and just 10 minutes walk to everything, beach, shops, food. The breakfast also really good. Definitely going back
