"1) Sewage in toilet not working well Took 10 minutes for water to subside after bathing each time. 2) TV has only sound but no visual display. 3) Food just average. Good point: Drinking water dispensers around hotel."

"This resort was absolutely AMAZING. We missed our connecting flight due to other flight delays and when I called to notify them that we would be arriving around 2am, they went above and beyond to still greet us with a warm welcome (and man, did we need it!). Our room was a king room with private access to our pool and jacuzzi tub. That was a very nice treat. The staff was GREAT. Shout out to Yazz who helped us to our room at 2am! Every question we had, whether about the resort or surrounding...

"I had two double beds and both were very hard beds. Felt like I was sleeping on a box spring and not a mattress. I could hear the people in the next room to me very clearly & had to put earbuds in to block out the noise. Over the swim up bar and pool were very nice. Room is spacious and lots of closet space. "
