"The hotel itself is great, large clean rooms with balcony and nice sized bathroom. The service is first class and staff very friendly. Its location in Kata is ideal to get the best from the locality and walkable to the beach. Food at the walking street market is great, very fresh and cheap. No need for fancy restaurants here. The only thing that lets it down is the pool area, which whilst good and large, could do with some TLC. "
