Quiet pearl in Patong

Very friendly staff at reception, efficient cleaning staff, quiet locale and close to all essentials. It's a good deal and should be considered if you're a budget traveler looking for a great stay.

Lovely place to stay in Patong

Really lovely person (Anna) greeted us at check in and kindly checked us in before 2pm, along with upgrading our room which was amazing! Rooms were lovely and comfortable and again the staff made our stay a very pleasant one!

Warm staff made us feel at home

The location is very good, in the heart of Patong. The room was big and Nice. But the best part was the staff, all shifts and all the time. Extremely nice how we felt welcomed. Recommended!

Good hotel in Patong

This is a good hotel in a quiet street in Patong. This was my second stay here. Rooms are big with all amenteties you need. Jacuzziroom very nice. Lovely staff helping with all you need. They even have a fitness, but in need of an upgrade.

Loved it!

This place is awesome. We loved our experience. Room was huge and filled with art. Had everything we needed! Most importantly the staff was phenomenal. They made us feel like family so quickly. I only have wonderful things to say about them! One note, the bed was on the firmer side as is common in Asia, but that did not affect our enjoyment at all. Highly recommend staying here.

Myself and some friends stayed here while we were in Patong for a week. It's in a great location. Short walk to the beach. The places relatively quiet but the bar downstairs is open pretty much 24/7. The night shift manager "Cookie" kept things interesting and nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out. From ordering in food to arranging traditional Thai massage, she is a legend.

Great Hotel for a good value

I had the joy to travel to Thailand. The hotel was in the middle of everything, so it was convenient. I’d enjoy the spacious room and had the jacuzzi as part of my booking. The upstair gym can use a bit of work, but you can be creative with your workouts and basically get every muscle you need to worked on in. I rarely use the gym since I’m on vacation so there was no need for it. You may think it will be loud since it is in the middle of everything, but it actually was not. I slept peacefully during my stay.

Beautiful room and friendly staff

Had a fabulous welcome from Cookie on reception who looked after me for the rest of the trip, ensuring I had an awesome stay. Huge room with a huge. Comfortable and beautifully decorated.Nice rooftop with jacuzzi and gym (though as open air it’s hot). Decent breakfast to start the day. Very cute and friendly bar I spent a few evenings having a great time, with Cookie hosting. Highly recommended- great location and value. Only thing to be aware of is there will be one or two flights of stairs to your room. Ten out of ten from me!

The rooms are a bit dated and the shower has a curtain but the deluxe room I had for myself was massive. The TV also had Amazon, Netflix, etc included so no shortage of things to watch. The safe didn’t have instructions on how to use so I put in a code and it locked it but the manager the next day showed me how to use it. I paid £65/night for late December booking a couple of months ago. You can hear all the people downstairs in the bar talking and in the hallway but is away from the main hustle and bustle so you won’t be bothered by noise for there I didn’t get a great night sleep there but that may have been the jet lag Staff were helpful in part thanks to Google translate :)
