"First night arriving we had an issue in the room we were assigned, it was brought up to the front desk. The original room had to be shut down and they were wonderful in giving us a different room which turned out to be better than expected. It was our first time in Hawaii and the room upgrade made our experience on the island so much better. Thank you to the staff especially Marissa for the wonderful experience at the resort."

"Overall, this was a great hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I also appreciated the variety of shops and restaurants located within the hotel, which made everything very convenient. The location is excellent, with the beach directly across the street. The only issue during our stay was that the hot water went out one evening. After several unanswered calls to the front desk, I had to go downstairs to find out what was happening. When I asked about it, I was told, "Do you really need to take a shower now?" Considering it was 11:00 p.m. and I was staying at a hotel—not camping in a tent—I found that response disappointing and unprofessional. Aside from that experience, our stay was excellent, and I would still recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and overall quality."

"Our stay was overall very pleasant. The room worked well for our needs, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was fairly simple, with basic protein options and carbs that changed daily. The location is excellent—perfect for walking and easily accessible to nearby attractions. That said, parking is very limited, and the building itself feels quite dated. Overall, a solid stay thanks to the location and staff, with a few areas that could use improvement."
