"Room and bathroom were both clean. Carpet had cigarette burns. Outlet for coffee maker was broken. Hotel hallways, elevators, and main areas were in need of a good cleaning and vacuuming. Hotel needs updating. Only three luggage carts available for the whole hotel and it was completely booked. Breakfast was just meh. Hotel staff were friendly, very helpful, and accommodating."
