"The rooms were very clean and serviced promptly each morning and there was a generous amount of hot beverages. Our grandchildren especially loved the family movie every evening and activities in the room. Staff were great! Appreciated the help getting taxis - again they were prompt, polite and clean. A big thank you to restaurant staff! They work hard"

"We stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was always spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. One of our kids' favourite parts was having breakfast by the window each morning while enjoying the stunning views . It was the perfect way to start the day. The restaurant and bar were both fantastic, with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. We also really appreciated the ski storage room. It was convenient, secure, and made it so easy to store all of our ski equipment after a day on the slopes. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for a ski holiday. We would definitely love to come back!"

"Had everything you need for a one nighter. Parking can be very limited. Reception not clearly sign posted outside. Room was incredibly clean. Bit noisy with someone's children run around in their room close by till 11pm but good room for very short term. No restaurant on-site just a small shop that had noodles and coffee."

"The room was clean and tidy. The transfer of noise from the occupants in the above room was annoying when children were not under control which went on until well after 9.30pm. The reception staff were prompt in sorting the issue out and contact us afterwards to inform us. Issue resolved smartly. Great breakfast which catered for all young and old. Great to have covered parking this time of the year. Lovely view from the balcony to."
