Not allowing to check in 90 minutes earlier when there were plenty of rooms available and not being receptive to customers that pay your bills and put food on your table to me is not a good way to do business. The fix-priced menu for dinner was excellent and inexpensive and breakfast was brilliant with scrambled eggs made to order and a wide selection of savoury and sweet items. "Perfect location for travelling on the Bernina Express. This place is about 5 minutes walk from the railway station and the town (where there are loads of places to eat and drink). The staff were extremely friendly and the communication was 1st class (even sent a video of how to get to the property from the railway station). Room was spotless and everything worked. Overall I highly recommend."
