"This a wonderful location! Really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the housekeeper gentleman. We just our last morning no hot water to shower, sent a message which was read right away (WhatsApp) but not responded to until check out time. Check in was a little tricky but they were helpful to get us in. Maybe it was having no WiFi and the jet jag…one suggestion would be a sign at the bottom of the stairs saying to go up a “half floor” to the office for check in....

"This was our first stay in Italy and the hotel & area made it even more inviting. There were many shops, food, vendors and restaurants as well as clothing, all within walkable distance. The train station was an also a close distance away making the area even more accessible. The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I hope to visit again "

"The building is being renovated while guests are still being accepted. The cleaner forgot to clean our room before the second night and that meant they also forgot to give us the breakfast voucher which is needed. This is not a real hotel. Basically, it's simply a bar that had converted the top floor into different rooms. "

"The staff at 15 Quindici could not have been more helpful. Prior to check in they were fully informative over text and this made the whole check in process so smooth. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night.
