When we settled in our room, we got a knock on the door and were greeted with complimentary champagne. They recommended us where to rent a scooter and even called to help make accommodations if we needed. Everyone was very helpful. A great stay overall with great service. The gardens, the scents, the candlelight in the evening, the views from every secret garden and terrace, the glass elevator beckoning you to the pool below and sea beyond.
