"This is nicely remodeled, mostly new apartment building. I had elevator to third floor with a great view. Very clean and close to so much. You walk mostly because taxi service is 10 minutes away. But did not mind because of all the sites to see and food and shopping. but definitely recommend for a better Rome experience. All major attractions are within 15 to 20 minutes walking."

"My family and I stayed here in March 2024. The staff at the office was great. We asked them to coordinate pickup from the airport and their communication was excellent. Francesca answered every e-mail within a few minutes. The office is a 15 minute walk from the property and she walked us down there and showed us the unit. "This place is really a good place however it is very falsely advertised. The place is not “within easy reach to the Colosseum” as stated. In order for one to get to the tourist things in Rome such as Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, etc. an Uber or Taxi is a must! And it adds up at lease 28 € each way (or more depending on time of day). "We stayed here to explore Rome, as a family of four, two adults 11 year old and 6 year old, the apartment was spotless with everything we needed, beds comfortable and staff so friendly. Walking distance to so many of the top tourist sites. We couldn’t have asked for more, even the terrace was beautiful to sit and play cards in the evening. We will definately be back! "

"The central location was perfect for walking to all the sights we wanted to see - the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican and Colosseum. Quite noisy on the Friday night with a party going on in the apartment opposite, but this wouldn't be a problem in colder weather with the door closed."

"Property was behind a very busy and high class restaurant. You will need to walk pass restaurant to see the apartment building. Checking in was easy and fast. There is a 24hour guard on duty for you to access in/out of building so it’s very safe. However, guard does not speak any English when I have a question to ask on check out time and if I could leave luggage somewhere in the building after check out. no other way to speak to anyone else.
