"The kitchen is the first room, followed by the two bedrooms side by side. This unusual layout affects privacy, making the property more suitable for a family than friends traveling together. In the morning, we had to wait for one couple to wake up before accessing the kitchen, and in the evening, we had to wait for them to go to bed, otherwise they would have to walk through our bedroom to reach theirs. It’s a very strange setup for maintaining privacy."

"Beautiful, serene, perfect: this is the place to stay if you are visiting Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi! So much better than staying in town, which is only a 6 minute drive away. And for me it was especially magical because this was the land my people farmed for hundreds of years. All in all, the Tenuta SantoJanni exceeded our expectations. "

"Lovely hotel. We stayed with breakfast included. Found the menu for evening meals was a bit limited. So thoroughly recommended the family restaurant opposite. Bar staff were lovely and staff on breakfast duties were also very attentive. "

"Villa Rosa is an impressive, large property with a lot of character. The garden is huge and the pool a good size (10m x 5m). The rooms are spacious and so is the kitchen and the reception rooms. We were seven adults and had plenty of space. A car is a must as there is not much within a walking distance. We shopped in a small supermarket 7 minutes away by car or a large one 20 minutes away. There is an excellent restaurant A Casa Mia 5 minutes drive away. Giuseppe is an great host, replies to messages quickly and can give advice on anything in the area. The only slight issues we had was the noise of the dogs and farm animals from the farm next door and mosquitoes so bring bug spray! Overall it was an excellent location for relaxing and exploring the Amalfi Coast."
