Hotel pequeño muy bonito, habitaciones cómodas bueno para una estadía familiar y hacer todos los entretenimientos en Holbox. Excelente calidad. Precio. Personal. Amable. Cerca de Playa cocos. Cocos y área bioluminiscencia. Comunicación muy efectiva y te ayudan a coordinar transportes desde Cancún, aeropuerto a Chiquilá ferry y taxis. Excelente servicio.

The hotel is fine but for a VIP access hotel, nothing sets it apart from the rest. The VIP access was one of the reasons for selecting this property but it was not even mentioned. Not bad, just not above others I’ve stayed at before on this island. The last one in Isla Mujeres was not VIP Access and they threw in a welcome drink, coffee and 2 bottles of water.

I went to celebrate my birthday and just disconnect from the world. To be honest I didn’t expect anything but I was so wrong! The check in was good, my room was ready before the check in time and the attention from Dalia was incredible and outstanding! She helped me a lot for the tours and the schedule for those. And in the end of my stay, they surprised me in the breakfast with a cake for my birthday! Thanks a lot for this unforgettable experience Dalia and Jonathan!! You rock! Definitely I will come back

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Margot, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was super delicious and the service we received was phenomenal. There’s also a restaurant in the hotel that we went every night for dinner, our waiter Migue was the best, he made sure we were well taking care of and the food was superb. Highly recommended this hotel and we can’t wait to stay with them again.

Everything in the hotelnis fantastic. They only dowside is the puddle right at the entrance of the hotel but we understand is also the government responsibility to keep up.streets.

I felt such a deep sense of peace in this hotel, indescribable. I didn't care it was far from downtown took a taxi and thats all. Exceptional I slept like a baby.

Property is located about a 20 min walk too downtown. 5 min walk to the beach. Not much around the property like bars or dining. Rooms are very basic and nothing to rave about. Breakfast in the morning is decent. Overall I would not stay here again as I would get something much closer to downtown and beach front. Bring lots of mosquito replant as they come out at night. Staff was ok as the hotel does not have much to offer.

If you just need a clean space for sleeping. I think is a little bit far from downtown and most of the way is dark and isolated, good for watching the stars in the sky. No pool, but close to the sea.

This was a cute boutique hotel that had everything we needed. 2 blocks from the beach. A little far from the downtown area. Rented the bikes which was a good idea. I would recommend taking a taxi from the ferry, it would be quite a long walk

Esta muy alejado del Centro y sin medios ni calles apropiadas para andar caminando necesitan invertir más como comunidad para arreglar las cosas A nuestra llegada nos recibieron con que no podíamos dejar el carro de golf qué habíamos rentado frente su propiedad, no pudieron esperar a que nos bajaríamos o que hiciéramos el Check Inn, simplemente parece que te están regalando las cosas cuando en realidad pagaste por un servicio qué fue muy malo en general de parte de la chica de recepción. . El desayuno muy bueno y las instalaciones buenas en general.

Amazing Holbox stay
Everything was so beautiful and the breakfast was simple and perfect. The golf cart rental was a breeze and the little dog was sweet. I would definitely recommend.

The property is in an undeveloped part of the island, and there was recent flooding that made it difficult to get there. Also the breakfast, included, left something to be desired. The waitstaff were not attentive and extraordinarily slow.

Hotel Staff was outstanding, very very friendly, made me feel like “at home” Breakfast was quite good however not much choice. Room cleanliness still needs improvement, when we got there the room had dust, sand and hairs on the floor from the previous guest. One evening we returned to the room and found a dozen cockroaches in the room and bathroom, disgusting.

The place is ok for the price, the staff was not friendly, specially in the restaurant. The rooms are nice but my sheets where dirty and it took us hours of asking before we could get towels :( on the positive side location is good, the beach is very near.

An amazing place to stay. Quiet and away from crowd. Highly recommend, walk to the beach, and easy to get a taxi, just ask the front desk. Definitely will come back again.

Beautiful Hotel
The hotel is brand new, the rooms are very comfortable and very well decorated. Staff was very friendly. It is on a quieter part of the island but only 2 blocks from the beach and 10-15 mns walking from center town, very convenient.

Was a new hotel No bikes and no clue about getting us bikes Wifi was only in lobby and staff were lying to guest saying there was none when in fact I was on there wifi and they gave me password. Breakfast was more like coffee if your lucky, milk maybe that was it Our room got cleaned once when other guest had rooms cleaned daily
