Close train station is 15 min walk. Few restaurants in the area. I arrived 9pm and not able to find some place for dinner. Universal studios are 40 to 50 min away by train 20 min by taxi.

This was a decent stay with some good points and a few areas for improvement. The onsen was a nice feature, though it wasn’t fully operational during my visit in the middle of summer. A cold onsen would have been a fantastic addition to contrast with the hot summer weather. The staff was very helpful and communicated everything clearly with printouts, making it easy to understand the facilities and costs despite the language barrier. However, the parking cost was quite high, which felt excessive given the somewhat remote location. It would have been much better if parking was included for guests, especially since driving is a more practical option for this area. The decor had a charming, old-school vibe, but some areas could use updating. For example, the air conditioning was dripping water, so a bit of maintenance is needed. That said, considering the price compared to other options in the area, it was still a pretty good value overall. I’d recommend it for business travelers who don’t mind the parking cost and are looking for a reasonably priced stay with an onsen!

万博閉幕日の後泊で利用しました。朝から車も駐車でき本当に助かりました。閉幕後、深夜クタクタでチェックインしましたが、大浴場があり、ありがたいことに疲れが吹っ飛びました。万博と共に思い出に残るホテルとなりました。ありがとうございました。

使用前のベッドのシーツにシミが着いていたり、ユニットバスの壁に髪の毛が付着していたりして清掃やリネン交換がきちんと行われているのか疑問でした。 部屋に入って暫くすると、咳や鼻水が止まらなくなるなどアレルギー症状も出てしまい空調設備の衛生管理も怪しく二度と使用したくないです。

朝食とサウナ付き大浴場は大満足です。客室の清掃とスタッフの接客については、どこまでを求めるかだと思います。そういう施設と思えれば、十分でした。駅まではとても遠いですが、午前中のシャトルバスがあり便利でした。それ以外の時間帯は、コスモスクエア駅からタクシーに乗って900円程です。

今回は万博で宿泊させていただきました。 帰りが遅くなっても近かったので便利でした。 近くのホテルにコンビニもあったのでよかったです。ボイラー故障も改善されていたので、大浴場も利用でき、疲れた体も癒されました。お部屋の清掃も出来ていて、満足でした

チェックイン前に荷物を預けたが、ただの広い部屋に荷物を置かれただけで、セキュリティはゼロ。誰でも荷物を取っていける状況。 ベットは硬く枕が柔らかすぎて眠れない。また、二段ベットでしたが、寝返り程度でもキシミ音がすごく何度も起きてしまった。二段ベットの点検記録のシールが10年以上もされておらず、大変不安を感じた。 宿泊者専用で借りた駐車スペースに別の車が停まっていたり、各フロアの案内板が少なく風呂の場所なども分かりにくい。 これで2泊で4万円を超えるのは納得が行かない。 朝ご飯とスタッフの方々の対応は良かったです。

格安ホテルという感覚なので交通機関がすくないのでしょうが、それにしてもバスの連絡がすくない様に感じます。 それよりは、2日～5日まで連泊しましたが 2日は2名、3-4日は4名で泊まりました。 3・4日連泊のはずで鍵を預けただけだったのに 4日返ってきたら別の部屋になります；と言われたため 驚きました。かなり確認に時間がかかり変更無しであることがわかりましたがシステム上でも同じ人が2日連泊でとったらわかる様にならないものですか？ せめて連絡事項などで対応いただけると助かります。

スタッフの方は、日本語が少したどたどしい感じでしたが、とても感じの良い対応でした。エレベーターの周りにゴミとともに折りたたみ机が放置されたように置いてあったり、最初に部屋に入るときに、すでに鍵が空いていてドアロックのバーで半開きになっていたり、最初はちょっと不安な感じがしましたが、宿泊中は困ることはありませんでした。ありがとうございました。
