"The property was great to stay at that I even extended. It’s close to Bónus which is one of the cheaper supermarkets as well as a fresh bakery next to it. Bus stop close by making travel easy. The property also has an eye watering view of the mountains which I never got tired of. Will book here again when I return! "

"The location is ideal for exploring downtown Reykjavik. It´s located on a square called Hlemmur that is on the main shopping / walking street in downtown Reykjavik called Laugavegur. There are restaurants all around the apartment hotel and a supermarket across the street. There is also great burger place and a bar on the groundfloor. Everything was perfect, it´s brand new and clearly designed as more luxurious than I thought. I wished I had booked an apartment with ocean view and balcony. I...

"I have stayed here twice now over 2 years and both times it was amazing. We were greated with a smile and a piece of cake. Shown to our room, not just the usual go here then there from reception. All the furnishings are like new and there is everything you could possible need for the kitchen including salt, pepper oil and a great selection of herbs and spices and some sauces. There is milk portions in the fridge for the tea, coffee and hot chocolate powder provided. The beds are super comfy...

"Great to stay few nights"

"Pros: property is in a good location. Near to shops and mall. Getting around with a car was easy and parking was great. Felt comfortable and safe. People around the property was helpful and friendly. At nights it was super quiet, great for light sleepers. The amenities provided for the kitchen was perfect our short stay. Add an iron and ironing board would have been helpful. Cons: The hot water smelled though we later found this to be common. The sheets in one of the bedrooms were dirty...

"The hotel is great, but so hard to find. It was my 5th night in the city. If youve been to Reykjavik you know thats long enough to have explored pretty much the whole thing... and I still couldnt find it!The check-in instructions were wrong. And when I called to ask for help he talked to me like I was an idiot- totally insulting. Once I got past the check in everything was wonderful. The room was gorgeous with beautiful finishes. Its a little further from the total tourist trap of the main part...

"Great location outside of the hustle and bustle of the city centre but also only a short drive into Reykjavic. Self check in work very well with easy to follow instructions. Appartment was clean with all necessary amenities. A good selection of local shops inc a great coffee shop and supermarket."

"We had concerns before we got to the hotel based on the reviews but the apartment was awesome! The beds were ready for us with kids’ beds ready too and the kitchen functioned very well for us. The bedding was soft and felt pretty new. It was a comfortable stay. The location was great too. We can just walked to the lake with a bunch of unique houses and views. "

"We enjoyed the open floor plan, windows, and updated designs. There was free designated parking which was great since we arrived by car. The property is in an industrial area but is still walkable to town center if you want to get your steps in, and grocery is even closer. My only feedback for the property is that they appear to offer and stock soaps and we did not have conditioner and the shampoo was empty when we arrived. Everything else was great."
