"Our stay was great! We were initially assigned a wrong room and the staff member was very quick and apologetic for the mistake!! Room was clean, bathrooms were clean! The lighting was fun and having the ports bedside are great for charging, would stay again!!"

"Heart of Reykjavik. Shops, food, attractions all around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even enjoyed the small gym and soak in the hot tub and sauna. Parking on the street was a little annoying but easy to find and easy enough to figure out how to pay. Would stay again."

"We stayed at the Oddsson Midtown for 4 nights in July. Family of 3. It was easy on and off a main road to everywhere - Golden circle, downtown, and South Coast. The breakfast was included and delicious. So many healthy choices. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms upgraded. We had a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and hot plate. There is a Kronan supermarket a block away. Check your email BEFORE you arrive so that you have the code to check-in to the building, room and underground parking. It was very convenient. There is wonderful soup and drinks in the evening for purchase. A little expensive but fun for one night. We ran into one problem was that if we came in late, there were not enough parking spaces so had to street park and was worrried about fees and getting towed. Luckily, this location is outside of city limits and so street parking is free. The staff was very nice and spoke English. There is an elevator for luggage hauling. We would stay here again. "

"Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. And the food at the Scandinavian (attached family restaurant) was exceptional!!! Street parking seems like an issue at first thought - but it’s easy, and also free after 9 at night for at least 12 hours. "

"Very nice, large hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Our room needed blackout shades or curtains since it was mid-summer. The toilet ran after flushing at times. "
