"The staff here were so lovely and so polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay . We were out most of the day but we would come back to a clean bed and towels every day and emptied bin and lots of products . We never had to ask for anything except for an iron and iron table and tget gave it us immediately and it was mini and so easy to use . I would definitely stay at Best Hotel Shinjuku again. It was perfect for our stay in Tokyo . Thank you to all the wonderful staff there who also made us...

"This, while being amazingly affordable, was very clean and well located property. The grounds were immaculate, the rooms were very well maintained, and the amenities were stocked after every cleaning. The property is located about a 5 minute walk from the Nishi-Shinjuku station on the Marunouchi line, and is near an excellent food court and wonderful park with a beautiful shrine nestled in. I plan on staying here (or one of their related properties!) on my return trip to Tokyo soon!"
