Good for its price

Staff was excellent and helpful. Room had seen its best days but still served its purpose. Considering the price, best hotel is a good deal for a short stay in shinjuku.

The staff here were so lovely and so polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay . We were out most of the day but we would come back to a clean bed and towels every day and emptied bin and lots of products . We never had to ask for anything except for an iron and iron table and tget gave it us immediately and it was mini and so easy to use . I would definitely stay at Best Hotel Shinjuku again. It was perfect for our stay in Tokyo . Thank you to all the wonderful staff there who also made us laugh and we were very happy .

Great room, great staff. Very close walking distance for tons of food options, train stations and shopping at shinjuku. Can be some drunk people walking around, but were non aggressive or confrontational! Neat the party district, so was expected!

It was one was the best hotel experiences I’d say. The staffs were super friendly and polite and beyond helpful. The property itself is very minimal and simple but you can expect highest cleanliness with the facilities in the room. Me and my husband had such great time staying with them. The area is within a Korean community but it is easy to commute to Shinjuku surroundings. With such good price and decent space hotel room we will definitely be returning for our next Tokyo trip!! Merci & 謝謝😇🌸

This is a lovely hotel staffed with kind and helpful employees. The only downside is that it’s in Korea Town so less Japanese food options close to the hotel, compared to Korean options.

The hotel was close to food and a short walking distance to train stations. The staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean. Shower has great water pressure. I would stay here again!

The hotel is near Shin-Okuba station, which is just a stop to the popular area Shinjuku. You can find K-pop stuff and Korean restaurants around. The room is simple but clean, with toilet and bathroom separately.

This is the traditional style of Japanese hotel, beds on the floor but very comfortable. One end of the street was very busy, crowded and a bit risky/ not safe at nights but the opposite end towards the train station is nice and with restaurants and convenience stores.
