So pleased. The location is perfectly on the edge of the busy city and everything is a walkable distance with how efficient the trains run.
I will be staying here again when I come back to Japan
Felt very safe staying at this hotel and in the area. Plenty of food options as there is a very multicultural selection to choose from.
Rooms had everything needed and did not disappoint.
I would happily stay here again 😊
Small and tight but clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and train station. Be aware that it is literally next to the train tracks so you will hear the trains pass by
Although we only stayed a night before heading out to Osaka, the property was great! Decently spacious, and an extremely walkable distance to dining and the train station. It made lugging our suitcases much easier as it was only a 5 minute walk to the Shin-Okubo station! Towels, toiletries, and even sanitary items were provided for us! Place had an a/c unit as well which we used to keep us warm.

This is definitely a Budget Hotel and gives good value. We had two rooms 6 nights and it was just over $1200 CDN. The location once you find the hotel is great. It is located on the first long Alley across from Shin Okubo Station. The area is filled with restaurants and there is a nice laundry out 2 km away. Shinjuku station is one station away and Shinbuyu is two stations. Easy to get to places in Tokyo from here. There is a McDonald's beside the station and a Starbucks upstairs
Rented a room with 4 beds. The room was very large compared to APA hotel. The neighborhood was very safe and clean. Everything from check in to check out was self service tablet. I would definitely use this hotel again on my next trip
Good location, close to a train station. Train is noise, but not bordering me much. I had trouble to find the place address and self-check at the beginning, but the staff was coming to help shortly after contacting them.
Great little hotel near Shin-Okubo station, but far enough away from the main streets that it was very quiet. The automated check-in was somewhat inconvenient only because I had to re-enter info I had already entered online. Would stay again!
This was my first time to stay at a hotel without on-site staff. It worked out, but if I were to say here again, I would come with a friend or family member.

The room had a very bad odor and there was a motion light at the entrance of our room that went on throughout the night while we were sleeping. Called for help with that and a worker taped a napkin over it which ended up falling off in the middle of the night.
