"The place itself is nice. Internally…… its right above a very noise pub doing karaoke till gone 11. The flat is not sound proof at all. We booked this last minute on a Friday for the Saturday night. "Our new go to Accomodation when visiting Liverpool. Superior One Bedroom is a great size and layout. Everything you need (washer, dryer, dishwasher etc.). Good but can be much better.
"My stay was good. I would have loved if it were great. I had 2 single beds moved together to form a kingsize bed and being a couple using the bed. It made it somewhat uncomfortable rolling around the bed The buffet was good, unfortunately the machine doesn't have hot chocolate, you are left with either the choice of a coffee or tea - so if you are trying to stay away from caffeine with being pregnant, you have to make do with water or the apple/orange juice. If i wanted hot chocolate, they were selling it downstairs.. I have stayed in orher Novotels and i think this is my first experience with this. When the room is cleaned, the cutlery and glass cups are not cleaned, just left as used knowing there is no washing liquid that can be used to wash them. Would I recommend? Reluctantly! Could be great with a few emphatic steps. "
