"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"Anfield is right around the corner. It was the perfect location for walking around the area, exploring Stanley Park, and it was still easy to catch a bus to center city. I had some travel mishaps, and Suzzanne was great to work with. Suzi was likewise great. The atmosphere on matchday was amazing. As a solo traveler my room was small, but it was all I needed. Highly recommended for anyone going to an LFC match."

"The staff were great. Had a really good salad. Nice pub and restaurant area But, the room needed a good paint. Shower needs the mould cleaned off to and the worst part was the mattress Thankfully i got an extra duvet to use as a "topper" to try and get a few hours sleep in"

"Lovely stay at a very friendly hotel. We were made to feel welcome on arrival and the hotel owners Paul and Scarlet could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. We did not book breakfast but it was there for us each day if we wanted it. Paul recommended other bars for us to attend and helped reassure us about one we weren't sure about. All in all we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Dragon Fly and will certainly return "

"The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and the room was a high standard for the price. We got upgraded to a larger room because it was quiet which honestly made our trip so much better as we had a lovely bay window overlooking the sea rather than just a standard window. The breakfast provided had a good selection of cereals and the hot food was tasty and served very quickly. The staff were all very friendly and nothing felt like to much trouble for them. "I like the convenience of walking to many places around. The staff was pretty good. There is a major issue with two things: Quality of the mattress Washing machines were not working. You have only two Peking machines for an entire building. Some are out of order and they are so small that you have to do two loads of laundry. Management or The owner should invest more money to upgrade the room mattresses and the laundry rooms"
