"The building exterior looked grim, so i was initially nervous, however, upon entering, i found the hotel to be quirky with the nautical theme, clean and engaging. I recieved excellent service, and it is fantastic to get a hotel with free parking in liverpool city centre. The room was pristinly clean and comfortable. I don't often watch TV in hotels, however this was a fully smart TV with access to all of the main streaming apps, which meant i could pop on a movie easily. Tne only downside was that its behind the train staition and you can hear all the service announcements from rooms that face the station, which mine did. Breakfast was also good, with a full selection. "

"I was one of the organisers of a reunion. The staff could not have been more helpful, everyone enjoyed themselves. The meal was lovely and the whole event went very smoothly. A lot of attendees were staying in the hotel. All found it excellent."

"Hotel is bang in middle of everything.. Lovely staff in reception. As it's an old building it had old wondows and the window in my room didn't lock and actually blew open at 1 point. Aunt had a sepreate room and her room was very cold and no radiator apart from that we would all definitely would stay here again for it's location..."

"Quest was a great hotel! The room was clean and it was a quick walk to tourist attractions. We were there for Taylor Swift and fortunately the stadium shuttle bus was a quick walk away. "
