"The municipal is a beautiful building and the interior spaces and the room we stayed in did not disappoint. All the staff were friendly and really helpful. I would definitely recommend and will be staying there again when I visit Liverpool. "

"This hotel is excellant could not fault it. Its clean and modern. All the staff we had interaction with were polite and friendly. 3.5 hour time frame in which go and have breakfast. Check in is the usuall 3pm however checkout is not until 12 noon. It may not have parking but it is easier enough to check in and drop off your belongings before driving to the car park which is a less than a five minute walk back to the hotel, you can get a discount currently its £13 you pay for 24 hr parking. "

"Did not let you check-in until dead on 3pm. This resulted in a huge queue at reception and self service kiosks did not work. Actually felt really sorry for the reception staff who were under a lot of pressure."

"My stay at Abode was relaxing as always. All the staff are always polite, helpful and happy to see you. The hotel provides all you need for a short stay and has an amazing location right by the racecourse. The only slight downside is that the hotel is now starting to show signs of understandable wear and tear which can detract from the experience. The beds are very comfy and rooms are always clean."
