As someone who doesn't typically leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience at this hotel. During check-in, I encountered one staff member who was unfriendly, which was disappointing. Additionally, when I called the front desk, I was provided with false information about the bedding situation. I advise against choosing the queen sofa bed option, as it proved to be very uncomfortable. Furthermore, the long line-ups for the elevator were frustrating, and the partial ocean view was misleading, especially considering it was nonexistent from the lowest floor. Most shops in the building were closed, limiting convenience, and the laundry facilities were below standard, with dated machines that barely worked. The lack of daily housekeeping was also inconvenient. Overall, my first-time experience at this hotel was underwhelming, and I regret not choosing some nearby alternatives with more vibes.
