"I had a great one-night stay at the Whitehall. The room was well-appointed and very comfortable. The hotel is run by Sotherly and they had some nice touches - lemon cookies in the room, a veteran-focused foundation that they make you aware of, etc. The 1st floor bar, with an outside space, looked awesome. I just didn't have time to visit. The location is fine - a little on the outer edge of that side of downtown. I was close to my venue, so it was perfect for me. The only thing to note...

"booked this for my bday week and it immediately felt like a second home to me. I hope and I will to come back here again this same year. I wish I could live here permanently, it’s so perfect! that queen bed felt like a king to me. the wood floor did feel pretty fragile so i was kinda scared walking bc i didn’t wanna break any floors, but other than that, i’d love to come back to the same room and hopefully for longer."

Great location to stay in Houston
"The hotel is clean, our room is spacious and the roof top swimming pool is nice. During our stay, they have daily free coffee in the morning and they offer free bottled water everyday. The shampoo/shower gel they offer is good quality too. It is a quiet and pleasant stay. There are plenty street parking around the hotel, you don’t have to do valet parking. Will come back again."
