It was clean for the most part, we had a balcony room you can tell that area isn’t maintained well. Didn’t visit the amenities so I’m unsure about those , but the hotel is in a good area and accessible to a lot of things.

Friendly staff good location. Rooms are big and comfortable everything works. They are a little dated but nothing is perfect. Bar staff and the valet team weee excellent. Valet was an expensive especially as they parked my vehicle within 20 feet 9( the entrance. Was also a little taken back back by a 35% gratuity for the bar staff. Will definitely stay there agin.

Loved this hotel. Well kept, beautiful interior, pool was well kept and with nice coverage for if you want to visit under covering with outdoor furniture. Staff was very helpful. Has valet in parking and no waiting for assistance. Plenty of staff members to assist with stay.

Great proximity to the Galleria Mall. Staff were exceptional. Loved the bar area. Only disappointed to see the wear and literal tear on the furniture in the room. The chaise had actual holes in the fabric. Didn’t expect that from a Hilton brand. Otherwise the hotel was great.
