"From organizing a last minute airport shuttle as I slept in not realizing the time change to moving my stay dates (which I erroneously selected on a non-cancellation / no-change rate…. ) This hotel was beyond supportive and accommodating. I will stay there again when in transit through Houston International. My king room was also super large, clean and very comfy bedding. Great value!"
