We had a great 1-night stay. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The in-room dining was delicious, and the breakfast was great. The hotel is older, but the room was clean. The only issue that we had was that one of the pillows on the bed had an unpleasant odor.

Consistently stay here for work travel at least once a month. It’s convenient and I feel safe. There are some signs of wear in the hotel but it is still far above other places I’ve stayed nearby. Had a hiccup with housekeeping taking my personal doorstop alarm but was able to get it back by the next morning before checking out.

We were in Houston for a special gala event there at The Royal Sonesta at Loop 610 S. and Lynn Lane, and only for one night. From the moment we arrived, until our departure the next morning, we were delighted with all aspects of the facility, especially the staff. I opted for a staycation instead of traveling out of town for my birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best celebrations I've ever had. From the moment I checked in, I was treated to a suite, complete with complimentary champagne and charcuterie sent to my room. We had an excellent stay and were very happy with the property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything was prepared nicely when we arrived. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, and overall cleanliness. Check-in and check-out were also smooth and easy. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to other travelers!
