Room was good but had a funky layout. Utilization of space was out of balance. A number of items needed some TLC. Overall it was functional. Reasonably safe area. Secure parking was limited so we needed to park in the street. Parking in Hamilton is a little tricky with varying systems and times of enforcement. Staff at hotel were warm and friendly.

A great jewell in the Cambridge crown. Came for a couple of days R+R and ended up extending my stay! Thanks to everyone who made this newly refurbished hotel a great place to stay. Would recommend without question.

Verified traveller

The showers for after your swim are cold so don't expect to shower + there are no lockers & cars are known to be broken into in the carpark so take something lockable to put valuables in. Pools are good though.
