Lobby is nice but once you get to your room, it doesn’t give a luxurious feel or comfort. The bathrooms are falling apart. The toilet is SUPER loud when flushing. The drains look like they’re ok but once you touch them they fall apart. Chip paint/wall paper in the bathroom. Caulk is coming apart. The room and bathroom really looks unattractive in person.
The service is another issue. I had medication that needed to be frozen/refrigerated. They didn’t have any emergency refrigerators to provide but told me they will contact me once one is available. I was there for 3 days, they never contacted me so my meds went bad. I called house keeping and asked them to please clean my room while I was out, and they said they will clean it. Came back 6 hours later and no one came up to clean it. Called front desk to ask what was going on? Front desk apologized about what happen, and said they will call house keeping to see what happened and get someone up there to clean it, and call me after they contact house keeping. Waited 45 minutes until I had enough. Took the elevator down to talk to them face to face, the elevator stopped on the second floor mezzanine and the doors wouldn’t shut. I stubbed my toes on the second floor level because I didn’t see that the elevator stopped 3-4 inches below the second floor level, and I fell. They didn’t call me for wake up services early in the morning and I was just minutes from missing my early morning flight. DON’T STAY HERE!!!
